Suffolk County Council approached us to help them in their campaign to establish MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub – a new way of delivering social care work) in order to make it easier to understand for new social workers and partner agencies.
We initially spent time learning and experiencing the process, talking to the workforce, understanding how they work and the issues they had. Together we created a film that is accessible, easily understood and that highlights their processes.
The film saved them a considerable amount of time and money that would have been spent on training. It was also used in presentations to other local authorities and external agencies (Suffolk is the leading authority of MASH in the UK).
