This film tells the story of how Claire Jacobs, a physiotherapist, helped three of her clients recover from injury, and the positive impact this had on their lives, both mentally and physically.
A very experienced physiotherapist, Claire wanted a video that would showcase her as a professional, but that would also highlight her personality, her philosophy and her work ethos. The aim was to show how she is different to others in her field – what was unique about her and the services she offers.
We chose to tell her story from the perspective of her clients. We identified three quite different characters. During the pre-production stage, three clear themes came across in all the pre-interviews. Firstly, what a good listener Claire is. Secondly, how important Claire had been in enabling them to continue working towards their personal goals, and finally, how important this had been in helping their mental health, especially during the pandemic.
We used the clients’ stories of their journeys to recovery to tell the business success story of Claire’s brand, Fit Frame Physio.
